WHO IS BILL?

Beginning in Marina at Gold Coast Tattoo with Steve Hendrix (aka) "Cactus Steve", which was previously owned by Jack Massey. Bill also tattooed in Santa Cruz, San Mateo, Reno, Spain (Madrid, Ebiza and Barcelona), Amsterdam, Texas and now Folsom.

Bill works everyday except for Sundays and Tuesdays.
